No Refund or Exchange Policy
Although we do not accept returns or exchanges we do stand behind the authenticity of each of our items. If you receive an item and doubt its authenticity you must notify us by email (email@example.com) within 3 business days of receiving the item.
After receiving your notification, we will provide 5 business days for you to obtain a reputable 3rd party authentication. This must be a written certificate of non-authenticity on their letterhead. If the 3rd party authenticator does not find the item to be authentic we will gladly accept the return. Please notify us immediately and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. The 3rd party authentication document must be included with the returned item. After receiving the item you will be issued a full refund including any original shipping charges.
